The results are in... sort of.

On Tuesday I found out that I passed my first year exams. On the notice board a list of all the people who passed was posted and, thank god, I was on it - as were my friends. It was such a relief to find out that I had passed and wouldn't have to resit any of the modules. However, that was all it said - I passed. It didn't give any grade, percentage or mark. For that I have to wait for the results break-down in the post, which still hasn't arrived. It's so frustrating knowing that I have passed, but not knowing how well/poorly I did. It shouldn't matter since the first year grades don't count towards my degree. The marks do matter, however, when it comes to applying to law firms for training contracts in year two - they'll want to know how I did.

So, the waiting continues. Hopefully I'll get them next week sometime. Hopefully...
