I, we, the government.
Tony Blair seems a little unsettled by the slide in public support for him. I don't know why: this has been on the cards for some time now. Following his prolonged meeting with HRH The Queen of all England, he was at pains to point out in his speech outside Downing Street that he, they, the government were listeing to the public and their needs - taking his punishment like a man.
And who would have thought it? Michael Howard is going to resign. It's becoming quite a tradition for the Conservative party to play musical leaders post election time. In 2001 William Hague resigned and handed the baton to... ...er... ...what's his name... ...the quiet one. And then came Howard and now..? Four different leaders in five years, will they ever win?
