Just seen Boris Johnson guest-host Have I Got News For You. That man is a genius. Only he could admit on national television to having attempted to snort cocaine but sneezing instead. If he became the new leader of the Conservative party, I'd seriously consider voting Conservative at the next general election.

Update: Boris has just taken a step closer to becoming Tory leader. David Cameron has just appointed him shadow minister for higher education - a front-bench position. Although I fear this may signal an end to his appearances on Have I Got News For You. [09.12.05]
